In one of the Handouts about synchronous Circuits Design we are asked about the asymptotical minimal clock-cycle time, however I don’t recall this topic from the lecture of the recitation.
Is this topic relevant this semester and if it does where can I find it?
This topic was covered in previous years but not this semester. You can read about it in the course book if you want to but it won’t appear in the exam.
