Is it possible to complete the project using Logisim Evolution?
I’m trying to work with Logisim, but it keeps crashing, freezing, and becoming unusable for me.
Is Logisim Evolution allowed for the project, or is there another recommended tool?

Logisim Evolution might work, but I do not recommend using it for the projects. There may be compatibility issues with the files which arise if you use Logisim Evolution.
That being said, you can try using Logisim Evolution and sending the file for validation. If the validation system gives you an “all okay”, then the file will be fine.
