If I am in cell (0,0) and the user wants to move to north, so the next location will be (3,0) or we will stay at (0,0)?
In the footer (2) it says we can assume that the player never attempts to move past the borders of the board.
yes, I understood this claim but it is not clear enough if we move to the most south-west cell or stay at the same cell…
I think its neither… I think we can assume that m(t) will not start off as 00 or 10.
