Past Exams - Timing Analysis

I encounter question about timing analysis and especially “minimun clock period” computation while solving past exams (example: 2017 Moed B Q2 section e).

Is this a part of our material as well?

I hope that Discourse is the right platforn to ask this, otherwise I don’t know what is the right platform.

This is the only type of questions that can be found on past exams but won’t be in this years final assignment/project/test.
Any timing analysis and minimum clock period questions can be ignored.
