You should use the signal S (mentioned in point 2 on page 8 of the PDF), the op signal, and the header, to generate the hmask signal. The requirements are outlined in point 6 on page 9 of the PDF.
Hint: It’s a very simple process to get from the signals you have already generated to the hmask following the instructions in point 9.
